北京市空港地区 976 例小儿骨源性碱性磷酸酶检测结果分析

目的通过对在托儿童骨源性碱性磷酸酶（NBAP）的测定，掌握该地区儿童缺钙情况，探讨简便易行的防治方法。方法对北京市空港地区幼儿园进行健康体检的976名在托儿童进行NBAP情况调查。结果被调查的976名在托儿童中537例（55．03％）NBAP测定值正常；各年龄组男女之间比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；年龄组别越小，可疑病例和大于诊断临界限的百分率也就越高。结论zl,JD骨源性碱性磷酸酶是佝偻病早期诊断的可靠指标，也是判断治疗效果的监测指标。

Analysis on 976 cases of pediatric bone alkaline phosphatase test in Beijing Airport area

Objective To determinate the neonatal bone alkaline phosphatase （NBAP） of children in the nursery, and understand calcium deficiency in children, so as to explore some simple method for prevention. Methods NBAP of 35 healthy children in Beijing Airport area nursery was investigated. Results NBAP of 537 cases, among the 976 children （55.03%）, were tested, the result was normal. The comparison between male and female in all age groups was not statistically significant （ P〉 0. 05）. The younger the age group, the higher the percentage of suspicious cases, and closer to diagnostic critical line. Conclusions Pediatric bone alkaline phosphatase is a reliable indicator for early diagnosis of tickets, and also a monitoring indicator to judge the therapeutic effect.
