| 摘 要： | 应用肠溶性丙烯酸树脂溶液为湿润剂,制粒压片生产维生素 C 片。其加速试验表明用新工艺生产的片剂,具有抗湿、抗热性能,能减少水分吸收、隔离外界空气和延缓药物氧化,增加片剂的稳定性。

| Abstract: | Vitamin C tablets were manufactured with the solution of entericacrylic acid resin as wetting agent in granulation and tabletting.The acceleratedtest showed that such tablets possessed heat resistant character,could reduce theabsorption of moisture,retard the oxidation of drug by air and increase thestability of the tablets. |
