N—取代—2—呋喃丙酰胺类化合物的合成与驱蚊活性

摘    要:合成了15个呋喃丙酰胺类化合物。化合物 S-1、S-3、S-12、S-13、S-2、S-5、S-7、S-10对白纹伊蚊(Aedes albopictus)有明显的驱避作用。其中前4个驱避作用超过 DEET,S-13作用最强,为 DEET的1.54倍。

Abstract:In searching for effective repellents,fifteen N-substituted-2-fur-anpropionamides were prepared.Compounds S-1,S-2,S-3,S-5,S-7,S-10,S-12 and S-13 possessed good re- pellent activity against Aedes albopictus.Among them S-1,S-3,S-12 and S-13were superior to DEET,S-13 was the most active.It was 1.54 times as activeas DEET.
