摘    要:40例心血管疾病患者用单盲法静滴 FDP 10g/d 或生理盐水5d,用甲襞微循环加权积分法进行评价。结果 FDP 组管襻形态、血液流态、襻周状态积分值均有改善(P<0.01),表明 FDP 能改善血管收缩,减少红细胞集聚和微栓。

OBSERVATION ON EFFECTS OF FDP ON MICROCIRCULATION

Abstract:Twenty patients with cardiovascular disorders were allocated atrandom to receive a 5-day iv treatment with 10g FDP daily.The control groupof 20 received saline as a placebo.Nailfold microcirculation was examined withweighted integration methed. Comparing the integrals and the integral sum of capillary shape,blood flowstate,and peripheral capillary state before and after the treatment,the FDPgroup showed improvement.It could be concluded that FDP improved the contracting property of capil-lary,reduced the micro-thrombi and the aggregation of red cells.
