开放式护理管理对精神分裂症患者社会功能缺陷的康复效果

目的：比较开放式与封闭式护理管理对精神分裂症患者社会功能缺陷的康复效果。方法：以实施规范治疗和开放式护理管理的精神分裂症患者100例为研究组,随机选取100例实施传统治疗和封闭式护理管理的精神分裂症患者为对照组。应用社会功能缺陷评定量表分别评估入院时和出院时的社会功能缺陷程度,比较两组患者社会功能的恢复情况。结果：两组患者入院时的社会功能缺陷程度相近,研究组总分为（6.46±1.65）分,对照组为（6.42±1.56）分,P〉0.05,均以职业功能差、社会活动受损、生活能力低下为主。出院时两组的社会功能均有显著改善,研究组SDSS总分降为（4.31±1.05）分,对照组降为（5.72±1.36）分,P〈0.01,但是,研究组下降幅度更大（P〈0.01）。结论：精神分裂症患者存在不同程度的社会功能缺陷,开放式护理管理对精神分裂症患者社会功能缺陷的康复效果更好。

Study on rehabilitation effect of open management on social function defect in schizophrenia patients

Objective:To discuss the rehabiliatation effect of social function defect in schizophrenia patients with open management and close management.Methods:200 patients were divided into research group(n=100) and control group(n=100),the research group accepted standard therapy and open nursing management and the control group accepted normal therapy and close management.To discuss the level of social function defect of social function.Results:There were no temarkable sense on social function defect between two groups when they in hospital(P>0.05),but when they left hospital,the social function has remarkable improvement of two groups,the research group was better than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:There were different level of social function defect in schizophrenia patients,the open nursing mangement was the best way for schizophrenia patients in rehabilitation of social function defect.
