哺乳类雷帕霉素靶蛋白在白血病患者中表达的意义

 目的　研究白血病细胞中哺乳类雷帕霉素靶蛋白（mTOR）表达情况。方法　采用实时荧光定量PCR检测白血病患者的mTOR mRNA表达情况。结果　白血病患者中新近诊断组及复发组mTOR mRNA表达水平明显高于健康对照组和完全缓解组。未缓解组mTOR mRNA表达水平明显高于健康对照组，与新近诊断组和复发组差异无统计学意义。结论　mTOR mRNA表达水平的增高与白血病的发生密切相关。

Expression and significance of mTOR in leukemia

Objective To investigate the expression of mTOR in leukemia.Methods Real-time quantitative PCR was used to investigate the expression of mTOR in leukemia.Results The mRNA expression of mTOR in newly diagnosed leukemia and recurrent patients was higher than that in normal control and patients who had complete response.Patients who have not achieved complete hematological response(CR)after induction therapy,the mRNA level of mTOR was higher than that in normal controol.There was no statistical significance between newly diagnosed group and relapsed group.Conclusion Higher levels of mTOR mRNA expression was closely related to leukemia.
