人工股骨头置换在老年股骨颈骨折42例治疗中的临床疗效分析

目的 探讨人工股骨头置换术在老年股骨颈骨折治疗中的疗效.方法 收集42例应用人工股骨头置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折患者作为观察组,并按照随机原则抽取40例全髋关节置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折患者做对照,自入组开始观察,两月后予以评价,对比分析两组患者手术时间及手术出血量、临床疗效及并发症发生情况.结果 观察组手术时间短于对照组,手术出血量少于对照组,两组相比均差异有显著性(P＜0.05)；人工股骨头置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折临床疗效明显优于全髋关节置换术的对照组,两组有效率相比经统计学处理差异有显著性(P＜0.05)；且观察组并发症发生率7.14％明显低于对照组12.50％,两组相比经统计学处理差异有显著性(P＜0.05).结论 人工股骨头置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折疗效肯定,并发症少,但手术时间短,出血量不多,患者易于接受,临床值得推广应用.

Clinical effect analysis of prosthetic femoral head replacement therapy for older femoral neck fracture

【Objective】 To study the prosthetic femoral head replacement in old femoral neck fracture.【Methods】 42 cases of artificial femoral head replacement in the treatment of femoral neck fracture were the observation group,and 40 cases of total hip arthroplasty for femoral neck fracture patients were randomly selected as controls,the observation began two months later to evaluate,comparative analyze two groups of patients with operative time and blood loss,clinical efficacy and complications.【Results】 Shorter operative time was observed in the control group,blood loss was less than the control group,two groups were significantly different(P <0.05);Prosthetic femoral head replacement therapy older femoral neck fracture clinical curative effect was better than total hip replacement of controls(P <0.05);And the observation group complication rate of 7.14% in the control group was significantly lower than the 12.5%(P <0.05).【Conclusion】 Prosthetic femoral head replacement therapy older femoral neck fracture curative effect,less complications,but certainly not much shorter operation time,blood loss,patients were easy to accept,clinical popularization.
