| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨甲状旁腺癌的诊断与治疗方法.方法 回顾分析一例甲状旁腺癌并发高钙危象的临床资料,结合术中甲状旁腺激素测定.结果 手术行肿块完整切除、甲状腺腺叶切除、并中央区淋巴清扫术,术中甲状旁腺激素测定正常,术后第一天血钙正常,4月后随访甲状旁腺激素、血钙、血磷正常.结论 甲状旁腺癌是一种罕见肿瘤,术前诊断非常困难,手术完整切除是治疗关键,术中甲状旁腺激素测定为手术治疗提供的保障.

| Abstract: | 【Objective】 To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of parathyroid carcinoma.【Methods】 The clinical data of hypercalcium crisis of one patient with parathyroid carcinoma was retrospectively studied and intraoperative parathyroid hormone assay were measured.【Results】 En bloc resection of the carcinoma,lobectomy and the central compartment nect dissection were performed.Intraoperative parathyroid hormone assay and calcium level after first day of postoperation was normalization.Patient was followed up in normalization of parathyroid hormone,calcium,phosphorous after four month.【Conclusion】 The parathyroid carcinoma was infrequence in very difficulty of the diagnosis.the emphasis of treatment was en bloc resection of the carcinoma.Intraoperative parathyroid hormone assay was help importantly. |
