茶藤中生物碱成分的研究

摘    要:目的:研究茶藤的生物碱类成分。方法:运用多种层析方法对茶藤进行分离与纯化,并根据理化性质和波谱数据对其结构进行鉴定。结果:从茶藤中分离得到4个化合物,分别为斯砍定(Scandine)、柳叶水甘草碱(Tabersonine)、11-羟基柳叶水甘草碱(11-Hydroxytabersonine)、19S-长春里宁(19S-Vindolinine)。4个化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。结论:本试验结果可在一定程度上为茶藤的活性研究奠定基础。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To study the alkaloids from Melodinus magnificus.METHODS:Multiply column chromatography techniques were applied for the isolation and purification of M.magnificus.The structures were identified with their physicochemical properties and spectral data.RESULTS:4 compounds were isolated and identified from M.magnificus,such as scandine,tabersonine,11-hydroxytabersonine,19S-vindolinine.All compounds were isolated from the species for the first time.CONCLUSION:The results of trial lay a foundation for the study of the activity of M.magnificus to some extent.
