| 摘 要： | 目的 建立兜唇石斛HPLC特征图谱.方法 采用Zorbax SB C18色谱柱；流动相为乙腈-0.1％甲酸溶液(梯度洗脱)；检测波长为270 nm;柱温为35℃；流速为1.0 mL·min-1.结果 兜唇石斛标示出42个共有峰；10批样品的相似度为0.901～0.961；兜唇石斛鲜品与兜唇石斛干品(水草枫斗)特征峰基本一致.结论 此方法准确可靠,重复性好,为兜唇石斛的质量控制提供了方法依据.

| Abstract: | Objective To establish HPLC characteristic spectrum for Dendrobium aphyllum.Methods HPLC was performed on Zorbax SB C18 column,acetonitrile-0.1 % methanoic acid solution(gradient elution) was employed as a mobile phase,detection wavelength was 270 nm,column temperature was 35 ℃,and flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1.Results Forty-two common peaks were separated in Dendrobium aphyllum,and the similarities of 10 batches were 0.901～0.961.Dried Dendrobium aphyllum and Fresh Dendrobium aphyllum had the similar specific peaks.Conclusion The method is accurate and reliable,has good reproducibility,and provides a reference for the quality control of Dendrobium aphyllum. |
