BBT自凝刀治疗慢性宫颈炎4249例疗效观察

目的探索BBT自凝刀治疗慢性宫颈炎的临床效果。方法采用BBT自凝刀对检查确诊为慢性宫颈炎(宫颈糜烂、宫颈腺囊肿、宫颈息肉、宫颈旧裂)的4249例患者进行治疗。结果宫颈糜烂治愈率96.60%,术后3个月后回医院进行阴道镜复查,宫颈表面绝大部分恢复光滑。结论 BBT自凝刀治疗慢性宫颈炎操作简单安全、易掌握、损伤小、手术时间短、术后阴道排液少、出血少、治愈率高,值得临床推广应用。

Efficacy observation on BBT electronic knife in treatment of 4 249 cases of chronic cervicitis

Objective To explore the BBT clinical effect of electronic knife for treating of chronic cervicitis.Methods BBT electronic knife was used for treating 4 229 patients diagnosed chronic cervicitis （cervical erosion,cervical cyst,cervical polyps,cervical old crack）.Results The cure rate of cervical erosion was 96.60%.In the coloposcopy reexamination after 3 months of aperation,the vast majority of cervical surface restored smooth.Conclusion Electronic knife treatment of chronic cervicitis is simple,safe and easy to master with the advantages of small damage,shorter operative time,less postoperative vaginal discharge,less bleeding and high cure rate,which is worthy of clinical application.
