乌体林斯注射液治疗老年慢性肺心病的临床研究

目的：采用开放对比研究比较乌体林斯（Utilin“s”）注射液治疗老年慢性肺心病的临床疗效，免疫功能、肺功能及安全性。方法：选择60岁以上老年慢性肺心病人127例随机分成两组，试验组应用对症及抗炎治疗外加用乌体林斯注射液，1．72ug，肌注，2次／周，疗程为3个月。对照组仅用对症及抗炎治疗。结果：显示治疗组与对照组有效率分别为78．24％与67．74％。肺功能检查（FEV1．0、FEV1．0％、PEF）；免疫功能测定（CD3、CD4、CD4／CD8，NK细胞活性测定，IgG、IgA）。试验组治疗后明显上升与治疗前比较差异有显著性（P＜0．01）；对照组无明显变化。结论：乌体林斯注射液具有肯定的免疫增强作用，改善肺功能是一种疗效良好、安全的免疫治疗和预防药物。

A CLINICAL STUDY OF UTILINS INJECTION IN THE TREATMENT OF CHRONIC PULMONARY HEART DISEASE IN ELDER PATIENTS

OBJECTIVE:To observe the theropeutic efficiency ,medical safety of Utilins injection and its induction the to improvement of immunity and lung function in in elder patients of chronic pulmonary heart disease.METHOD:127 cases of chronic pulmonary heart disease beyond 60 years old were divided into two group randomly.The control group were treated by antibiotic and symptomolytic therapy. The experimental group were treated by Utilins injective(1.72ug inject in musle ,twice a week smonths).RESULTS:The efficiencies for experimental group and control grous were 78.24% and 67.74%,rerspectively. Lung function (FEV1.0,FEV1.0%,PEF) and immunity function (CD 3?CD 4?CD 4/CD 8,activity of NK, IgG,IgA) in experimental group after three months therapy were significantly improve compared with those indexes before the therapy(P<0.01),but the changes were not found in control group.CONCLUSION:Utilins can improve the immunity and lung function effectively and safety.
