| 摘 要： | 通过对传统唇裂修复方法的深入研究,将Millard及Ten-nision手术方法的有关原则灵活地加以综合运用;克服其弊病,发扬其长处,探索一种围绕口轮匝肌功能修复及近于正常解剖形态的鼻唇修复的新方法。在临床上获得满意效果。

| Abstract: | The operation principles cf Millard and Tennision are combined and usedflexibly after studing the traditional operating methods in a deep going way.Based on the principles, the new way has been used to repair unilateralcleft lip, which include functional muscle repeir and near normal anatomic nasal-lip repeir. The refinement enhances the results of this repair. |
