胎儿胸腺淋巴细胞诱导的LAK细胞的实验研究

我们利用胎儿胸腺淋巴细胞作为IAK细胞的前身细胞,制备成Th-LAK细胞,进行了实验研究。结果表明:1.Th-LAK细胞对离体癌细胞有直接杀伤作用。2.用~(125)I同位素释放法测定Th-LAK细胞对靶细胞(K562)具有杀伤活性。3.Th-LAK细胞对裸鼠移植瘤具有一定抑制作用。说明Th-LAK细胞对肿瘤具有杀伤作用和抑制作用。

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON LYMPROKINE-ACTIVAIED KILIER CELL INDUCED FROM FETAL THYMAL LYMPHOCYTE

The common precursor of the lymphokine-activated killer (LAK) cells isthe peripheral blood lymphocyte of the patients themselves. Thc clinical usageis limitated not only because of its expensiveness and complexity but also ofits danger to the patients. So the fetal thymal lymphocytes were used as theprecursor to prepair LAK cells (Th-LAK cell) and the following results wereobtained. Th-LAK cells had direct cytotoxicity on cancer cell in vitro. ~(125)Iisotope dilution analysis showed that Th-LAK cells were cytotoxic to the larget cell (K562). Th-LAK cells had certain inhibiting effects on the xenograft tumorof the nude mice. The results suggest that Th-LAK cells have killing andinhibiting effects on tumor. Using fetal thymal lymphocytes as the precursorto prepair LAK cell is not only simple but also rich in the cell origin.Therefore it can enlarge the possibility of LAK cell therapy.
