外源性混合气体对离体豚鼠胃平滑肌收缩功能影响的实验研究

摘    要:用表面灌流法,在有、无外源性混合气体的条件下,比较乙酰胆碱引起的豚鼠胃纵、环肌最大收缩(Cmax)、半数有效量(ED_(50))和营养液pH值的变化。结果:有、无外源性混合气体,对豚鼠胃各部纵、环肌的Cmax、ED_(50)无明显影响;营养液pH值无明显的变化。

Abstract:With perfusing on the surface, in functional experiment of isolated gastricsmooth muscles in guinea-pig, we observed Cmax and ED_(50) values for longi-tudinal and circular smooth muscles caused by acetylcholine in different stomachposition, fundus, body and antrum in the presence and absence of exogenousmixed gases. The result indicated that Cmax and ED_(50) values of longitudinaland circular smooth muscles in different stomach position in the presence ofmixed gases were not significantly different from these in absence of it(P>0.05). pH values in physiological nourishing solution did not significantlychanged.
