| 摘 要： | 本文应用眼底镜及B超检查了7例(8眼)玻璃体及视网膜下囊尾蚴病患者。B超下眼内囊尾蚴表现为环状囊样回声,中央部有一致密圆形回声为吸盘。有特征性蠕动波,对虫体蠕动不明确的病例,可在直流电刺激后,B超下显示频繁蠕动。上述特点可作为眼内囊尾蚴的B超诊断依据。在屈光间质混浊的情况下,B超判定眼内囊尾蚴将具有临床意义。

| Abstract: | Seven cases (8 eyes) of cysticercus of intravitreous (6 eyes) and subretina(2 eyes) were observed with Ophthalmoscopy and B-ultrasound. The sign ofB-ultrasonograph of cysticercus showed an encircle echo and a characteristicwriggle including stimulus of direct current. The diagnosis of intraccularcysticercus by B-ultrasonography would have clinic significance in the presenceof opaque media. |
