大蒜制剂对血小板粘附活性的影响

摘    要:本实验测定了大蒜制剂对人和兔血小板粘附活性的影响,并观察人血小板膜糖蛋白Ib(GPIb)的变化。结果表明,无论在体内还是体外,给予大蒜制剂均能显著抑制血小板的粘附活性,这种作用与血小板GPIb无关。

Abstract:The effects of garlic preparations on platelet adhesiveness were tested inhuman and rabbits respectively. Meanwhile, membrane glycoprotein Ib wasdetected. It was suggested that garlic preparations could suppress platelet adhesivenessboth in vitro and in vivo but this effect may not te related with membraneglycoprotein Ib.
