| 摘 要： | 本文对138例闭经患者进行了遗传咨询及外周血G显带染色体研究。其中发现核型异常的为51例,占37%。51例中有先天性卵巢发育不全49例,混合性腺发育不全2例。另外,138例中尚有11例为46,XY核型,占7.97%。

| Abstract: | One hundred and thirty-eight cases with amenorrhea were studied by cyto-genetics counseling and G-tanding chrcmcsome analysis. Abnormal karyotypeof 51 cases (37%) was found, as well as 11 cases with 46,XY, 1 case of simplegonadal dysgenesis, 1 case of absence of gonad, and 9 cases of testicular femi-nization thas the abnormality rate was 7.97 % (11/138). on the basis of chromosome analysis of 51 cases there are 49 cases of con-genital ovary dysgenesis and 2 cases of combined gonadal dysgenesis, in whichall cases are abnormality of number or structure of sex chromosome. |
