创伤后血清氨基酸浓度变化的临床意义

摘    要:本文对10例较严重创伤患者,伤后1、3、5、7、9日,进行血清17种氨基酸浓度检测。以60名健康人血清氨基酸谱为对照。结果伤后第1日总氨基酸降低了33%。其中必需氨基酸降低了19.5%,非必需氨基酸降低了13.5%。后者恢复缓慢,是总氨基酸不能恢复平常的主要原因。作者认为增加非必需氨基酸补给,将有利于创伤的恢复。枝链氨基酸伤后第1日明显下降,到第3日明显高于正常水平,并持续到第9日。作者认为这种现象,是机体一种保护状态。提出伤后1~3日,输注高枝链氨基酸溶液,可促进正氮平衡。

Abstract:The concentration of 17 kinds of serum amino acid was examined onthe first, third, fifth, seventh and ninth days after trauma in 10 patientswith severe trauma, and was contrasted by the serum amino acid spectrum of60 normal persons.The result showed that 33%,of general amino acid decreasedon the first day after trauma in which 19.5%, were essential amino acid and13.5% non-essential amino acid.The recovery of the latter is slow.That is themain reason why the general amino acid can't return to normality. Authorsconsider that it is useful for recovery of trauma by increasing supply of non-essential amino acid. Branched amino acid is much lower than normal level onthe first day after trauma, much higher on the third day and it has beenlasting to the ninth day. Authors consider that this phenomenon is a protectingcondition of the human body and suggest that infusion of high branched aminoacid liquid in 1 to 3 days after trauma can promote the positive nitrogenbalance and get a good effect in treatment.
