| Abstract: | A new procedure of surgical repair of transverse facial cleft was devised. Itpooled advantages of many procedures for surgical repair of the transverse facialcleft both at home and abroad.The use of this procedure in the transverse facialcleft repair causes no straight line cicatricial contraction and can reconstruct thenormal position and the smooth natural appearance of the involved correr ofthe mouth. The technic procedures and performances of the operation are des-cribed and discussed in detail. |
