| 摘 要： | 本文以20名4～7岁,服药前血锌浓度在40～60μg/el之间的患儿为研究对象。建立一个体内血锌代谢的微分方程,根据临床中得到的实际数据,借助于计算机确定方程的各个参数,在理论和实际结合的基础上给出小儿缺锌最佳服药剂量和第二次采血时间的软件系统。

| Abstract: | The subjects studied wene children in the ago from four to seven, whoseblood zinc level, before medication, ranged from forty to sixty percent. Next,A blood zinc metabolism differential equation was established. Using real clinical data and with the help of a computer, the parameter of the equation wasdetermined. Finally, the theoretical and practical information gained was transferredinto computer software with the method and quantity of medication and thelength of time to allow between the first and second drawing of blood. |
