流行性出血热患者T细胞亚群状态的研究

用T淋巴细胞单克隆抗体为第一抗体,马抗鼠IgG为第二抗体ABC免疫酶技术,对流行性出血热(EHF)患者30例48人次外周血中T淋巴细胞亚群的分布和变化进行检测。结果表明:EHF患者外周血中各种T细胞亚群的变化以少尿期最显著,恢复期各种比值变化趋于正常。提示EHF患者体内存在着明显T淋巴细胞亚群的比例失衡现象,与病情呈正相关,说明T细胞亚群的变化在EHF发病机理方面起一定作用,并为临床治疗提供理论依据。

STUDY OF T CELL SUBTYPES IN PATIENTS WITH EPIDEMIC HEMORRHAGIC FEVER

The distribution and the alteration of T-lymphocyte subtype in the periphe-ral blood of 30 patients with epidemic hemorrhagic fever (EHF) were observedfor 48 times by ABC immunohistochemistry staining method.The murine mono-clonal antibody was the first antibody and the antibody of horse against mouseIgG was the second. The alterations of the various T-lymphocyle subtype in peripheral bloodwere striking in oliguria phase of EHF ratients but almost became nomal inconvalescence stage. These indicate that the obvious alterations of T-lymphocyte subtype in pati-ents with EHF are present and that they are correlated with the severityof the disease and that they may play an important role in the pathogenesis of EHF.This study perheps provids a theoretical basis for therapy.
