| 摘 要： | 本文对20例接受体外循环手术患者,在手术前及体外循环后进行血小板计数、血小板聚集功能和血小板粘附功能检测。结果表明:体外循环对血小板数量和功能均有明显的影响。同时,结合文献讨论了影响血小板功能的原因,探讨了体外循环术后出血的防治。

| Abstract: | Platelet dysfunction following cardiopulmonary bypass was studied. Twentyconsecutive patients underwent the following tests preoperatively and postopera-tively: platelet count, bleeding time, platelet aggregation test and adhesivenesstest. This study showed that platelet functions were impaired in the patientsundergone cardiac operation. The platelet functions were different before andafter operation.Platelet count had a significant decrease after operation. Theabnormal functions in which the aggreg ation and adhesiveness of pletelet decreasedsignificantly were domonstrated. However, excessive post cperative bleeding wasnot caused after operation. It vas not necessary for the patients with mildplatelet dysfunction to have platelet transfusions. |
