| 摘 要： | 目的：在基层医院应用湿性医疗技术治疗重度烧伤的救治体会。方法：33例重度烧伤病人全程应用湿性医疗技术。结果：33例病人创面全部愈合，没有一例植皮。创面最长愈合时间60天，均达到生理愈合，无畸形，无功能障碍。结论：MEBT／MEBO可作为有效的烧伤治疗方法服务于基层烧伤患者。

| Abstract: | Objective: To sum up experience in treating severe bum patients in grass - root hospitals with MEBT/MEBO. Method: 33 cases of severe burn were treated in the whole course with MEBT/MEBO. Result: All the patients were cured. No skin grafting was needed. The longest wound healing time was 60 days. All the wounds healed physiologically. No deformation and dysfunction happened. Conclusion: MEBT/MEBO is very efficacious to be applied in grass - root units. |
