脉冲Nd:YAG激光联合氟化物治疗牙本质过敏症的临床观察研究

目的的评价Nd：YAG激光联合氟化物治疗牙本质过敏症的临床疗效。方法采用随机分组对照试验的方法，第一组（30例102牙）采用氟化钠甘油涂布联合脉冲Nd：YAG激光照射，第二组（30例99牙）采用脉冲Nd：YAG激光照射，第三组（30例104牙）采用氟化钠甘油涂布，观察三组在治疗即时、治疗后半年和治疗后一年的有效率，并作统计学分析。结果第一组在治疗即时、治疗后半年、治疗后一年的有效率分剐为100％、96．67％、91．67％；第二组分别为100％、93．41％和80．72％；第三组则为89．42％、71．11％和47、67％。其差异有统计学意义。结论脉冲Nd：YAG激光联合氟化物治疗牙本质过敏症有良好的临床效果。

Observation of clinical effects of treating tooth hypersensitivity by pulsed Nd: YAG laser and sodium glycerine fluoride

[Objective] To evaluate the clinical effects of treating tooth hypersensitivity by pulsed Nd: YAG laser and sodium glycerine fluoride. [Methods] Patients with tooth hypersensitivity were divided into 3 groups, and were treated respectively by pulsed Nd: YAG laser, sodium glycerine fluoride and pulsed Nd: YAG laser united sodium glycerine fluoride. Evaluation was carried out by analysis of statistics at immediate, half year and one year after treatment. [Results] Clinical effects between the 3 groups was significantly different at immediate, half year and one year after treatment. [Conclusion] Pulsed Nd: YAG laser united sodium glycerine fluoride shows good clinical treatment effects.
