腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶减压术治疗常染色体显性遗传性多囊肾病

目的观察腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶减压术(LRCD)在治疗常染色体显性遗传性多囊肾病(ADPKD)的临床效果。方法1999-05～2005-07在笔者所在医院行LRCD的ADPKD患者32例,于术后1、12、24个月进行随访,观察手术前后肾功能指标、血压、降压药服用情况及腰腹疼痛程度的变化。结果无严重手术并发症及死亡。术后1、12个月随访时肾功能指标、血压、腰腹疼痛程度均较术前明显下降,降压药用量及种类较术前减少。术后24个月随访时,肾功能指标、血压及降压药物服用情况恢复至术前相似水平,但高血压分级状况较术前改善,腰腹疼痛程度仍明显低于术前,但较前次随访有上升趋势。结论LRCD治疗ADPKD是安全有效的。

Clinical observation of laparoscopic decortication therapy for patients with autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease

Objective To observe the clinical effect of laparoscopic renal cyst decortication (LRCD)for patients with autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease (ADPKD).Methods From May,1999 to July,2005,LRCD on the 32 patients was performed in author's hospital.One month,one year and two years after surgery the kidney-function-index,blood-pressure,drugs and degree of the pain were observed.Results There were no serious complications and death.One month after surgery there was a significant decline in the kidney-function-index,blood pressure,drug's dosage and degree of the pain.One year after surgery there was also the same decline.Two years after surgery,the indexs before surgery and after surgery were same,but the grade of hypertension was better than before.There was a significant decline in pain,but there was also a upward tendency.Conclusion LRCD is safe and effective for ADPKD.
