| 摘 要： | 为了了解冠状动脉造影 (CAG)患者术前的心理状态 ,采用汉密顿焦虑量表 (HAMA)和抑郁量表 (HAMD)、焦虑自评量表 (SAS)、抑郁自评量表 (SDS)、社会支持评定量表 (SSRS)调查 ,并与同期住院病人进行比较 ,结果显示 ,冠状动脉造影患者术前焦虑、抑郁评分明显高于对照组 (P<0 .0 1 ) ,焦虑、抑郁发生率分别为 71 .2 5 %、66.2 5 % ,社会支持评定量表分明显低于对照组 (P<0 .0 1 )。提示冠状动脉造影患者术前存在明显的心理障碍 ,应给予相应的处理 |

| Abstract: | To understand the emotion state in patients before CAG,the HAMD(Hamilton anxiety and dumps questionnaire),SAS(Self-Rating Anxiety Scale),SDS(Self-Rating Depression Scale),SSRS(Social Support Rating Scale) were used for rating them,compared it with the inpatients at the corresponding period.The results showed that the scores of anxiety,depression were significantly higher than that of control group,whereas the scores of SSRS was lower.The incidence of anxiety,depression was 71.25%,66.25% respectively.The study suggests that there were obvious emotion disturbance in patients before CAG.So the according treatment should be given. |
