自体肋骨移植修复下颔骨缺损

目的总结应用自体肋骨移植修复下颌骨缺损的经验。方法采用自体肋骨即时作下颌骨缺损修复共38例。结果38例植骨均成活，成功率100％，术后外形良好，其中20例术后作义齿修复，功能良好。结论自体肋骨修复良性种瘤切除后的下颌骨缺损，特别是45岁以下青壮年成功率高。供骨块适当的长度，术后有效抗生素的应用及颌间结扎制动，对植骨成功起关键作用。

Repair of mandibular defect with autorib

Objective To sum the experience of repair of mandibular defect with autorib. Methods Mandibular defects of 38 patients were repaired immediately by using autorib. Results The success rate of bone graft were 100 % (38/38). The shape of them are good after operation. Twenty of them received dental prosthesis after bone graft and the function of demure is good as well. Conclusion The success rate of repair madibular defect after resection of benign tumor isvery high with untorib, especially for patients under 45 years of age. It plays key roles to applicate effective antobiotic andintermaxillary ligation after operation and choose suitable legth of transplanted bone for the success of bone graft.[
