输卵管妊娠的治疗现状与进展

输卵管妊娠是妇科常见急腹症,?其临床表现多样,并与病变部位密切相关;腹腔镜、高灵敏度的血清β-HCG检测以及经阴道超声探查等诊断水平提高,为输卵管妊娠治疗提供了更安全有效的治疗方法;药物治疗和手术治疗仍是输卵管妊娠治疗的主要手段,但手术观念已由积极追求妊娠病灶全切除向更好的术后生育功能保护方面发展。

Status and progress in treatment of ectopic pregnancy

Ectopic pregnancy （EP）, characterized by various clinical symptoms which close-related with the lesion site, is a common acute abdomen disease; Owing to the advances in transvaginal ultrasound and radioimmunoassays for serumβ-human chorionic gonadotropin （β-hCG） levels as well as an increasing experience of diagnostic laparoscopy. All of them provide more safe and effective treatment for our patients. Up to now, surgical treatment and medical treatment still have been major means for ectopic pregnancy treatment, but the concept of treatment has been shifted from actively pursuing the radical resection of ectopic pregnancy to the reproduction function retention after surgery.
