| 摘 要： | [目的]探讨临床护理路径在慢性乙型肝炎病人治疗过程中的应用。[方法]将100例慢性乙型肝炎病人随机分为对照组和观察组，每组50例，对照组采取传统常规护理，观察组采用临床护理路径进行护理。[结果]观察组病人住院时间、住院费用均低于对照组（P〈0．05），病人依从性和满意度均高于对照组（P〈0．05）。[结论]在慢性乙型肝炎病人治疗过程中应用临床护理路径可缩短病人住院时间、降低医疗费用、提高病人依从性和满意度。

| Abstract: | Objective：To probe into the application of clinical nursing path- way in treatment of chronic hepatitis B patients. Methods： A total of 100 patients with chronic hepatitis B patients were randomly divided into con- trol group and observation group, 50 cases in each, patients in control group received conventional routine care, patients in observation group received clinical nursing path for nursing. Results：hospital stay and hospital costs of patients in observation group were lower than that of patients in control group（P~0.05）, patients＇compliance and satisfaction were higher than that of control group（P%0.05）. Conclusion：application of clinical nursing path in patients with chronic hepatitis B during treatment can shorten hos- pitalization days, reduce medical costs and improve patients＇ compliance and satisfaction. |
