腹腔镜下直肠癌根治术的围术期护理

[目的]探讨腹腔镜下直肠癌根治术围术期的护理方法和要点。[方法]对35例行腹腔镜下直肠癌根治术病人实施整体护理,观察病人术前、术后的身体状况及生活质量。[结果]35例病人均顺利完成手术,未发生出血、吻合口瘘及吻合口狭窄,无死亡病例。2例有切口感染,经加强抗感染、换药等处理后均痊愈出院。[结论]做好腹腔镜下直肠癌根治术的围术期护理,能减轻病人术前的焦虑和痛苦、顺利完成手术治疗、减少并发症的发生。

Perioperative nursing of patients undergoing laparoscopic colorectal cancer resection

Objective：To probe into perioperative nursing methods and key points in patients undergoing laparoseopic colorectal cancer resection. Methods. Holistic nursing was carried out for 35 cases of patients undergoing laparoscopic colorectal cancer resection, then to observe the physical condition and quality of life of patients before and after operation. Results：All 35 patients successfully completed surgery, no bleeding, anastomotic leakage and anastomotic stenosis occurred, no deaths. 2 patients had wound infection,and after the enhanced anti - infective, dressing and other treatment,they were cured. Conclusion. To do well perioperative care laparoscopic colorectal cancer resection can reduce preoperative anxiety and pain of patients, make the successful completion of surgery and reduce complications.
