巨大型垂体腺瘤经蝶窦入路术后脑脊液鼻漏病人的观察与护理

目的]总结巨大型垂体腺瘤经蝶窦入路术后脑脊液鼻漏病人的观察与护理。方法]对10例巨大型垂体腺瘤术后脑脊液鼻漏病人给予脑脊液鼻漏观察与一系列护理。结果]10例经蝶手术脑脊液鼻漏的病人经处理后9例痊愈，再发鼻漏1例。结论]术后病人的宣教指导与病情观察是早期发现脑脊液鼻漏的关键，及时对症处理、做好腰大池引流管护理、避免颅内压增高、预防感染是护理工作的重点。

Observation and nursing care of giant pituitary adenomas patients after undergoing transsphenoidal surgery complicated with cerebrospinal fluid rhinorrhea

Objective. To summarize the observation and nursing care of gi- ant pituitary adenomas patients after undergoing transsphenoidal surgery complicated with cerebrospinal fluid rhinorrhea. Methods. A total of 10 gi- ant pituitary adenomas patients after undergoing transsphenoidal surgery complicated with cerebrospinal fluid rhinorrhea were given observation and a series of care. Results：in 10 cases of patients,9 cases recovered,and 1 had recurrent rhinorrhea. Conclusion： postoperative missionary guidance and early detection of disease is the key to timely find cerebrospinal fluid rhi- norrhea,and the timely symptomatic treatment, good lumbar drainage tube care, avoiding increased intracranial pressure and prevention of infection are the focus of nursing work.
