^125I放射性粒子植入治疗中工作人员受照剂量测量与分析

摘    要:目的 了解^125I放射性粒子植入治疗手术中工作人员的受照剂量水平,为制订放射性粒子植入治疗工作的防护措施提供科学依据.方法 使用451B电离室巡测仪和SG-102环境X-γ剂量率仪直接测量植入^125I粒子源的患者周围环境辐射剂量率.结果 保守估算口腔癌、前列腺癌和直肠癌患者^125I粒子植入手术操作人员所受辐射剂量分别为:1.2 mSv/a(佩戴防护用品)、0.07 mSv/a(佩戴防护用品)和0.2 mSv/a(未佩戴防护用品),均低于国家标准规定的年剂量限值.结论 ^125I放射性粒子植入治疗对手术操作人员可产生一定的辐射剂量,应采取相应的防护措施并重视潜在照射的危险性.

Abstract:Objective To understand the radiation dose received by the operating workers and to provide scientific basis for making preventive measures in the implantation of 12s I seed sources. Methods The radiation dose rates in environment close to patients after implantation have been measured directly by both SG-102 environmental X-N dose rate meter and 451B ionization chamber survey meter. Results The radiation doses received by workers in the 125I seed implantation of oral cancer, prostate cancer and colorectal cancer were 1.2 mSv/a (protective equipment used), 0.07 mSv/a (protective equipment used) and 0.2 roSy/a( no protective equipment used) respectively, all of them were lower than the annual dose limit in national standard.Conclusion Operating workers can be exposed to a sum of radiation caused by implantation of 125I seed sources, and the corresponding protective measures should be taken and attention should be paid to the risk of potential exposure in the course of implantation of 125I seed.
