| 摘 要： | 2型糖尿病与肥胖程度相关,超过80%的2型糖尿病都有胰岛素抵抗现象,对于这种现象的机制与分子学基础仍不十分清楚,至今仍受到广泛关注,抵抗素的发现为这一现象的解释增添了新的内容,为其机制的探讨提供了新的线索,为2型糖尿病的治疗提供了新靶点。有研究显示抵抗素是一种与肥胖、胰岛素抵抗和糖尿病有关的重要激素,现就抵抗素与胰岛素抵抗及2型糖尿病的关系简要综述。

| Abstract: | Type 2 diabetes is related to the extent of fatness,over 80% type 2 diabetes have insulin resistance,of which the mechanism and molecular foundation are not yet very clear and still widely concerned up to now,The discovery of resistins not only adds new contents for explanation of this phenomenon but also provides a new clue for discussion of this mechanism as well as offers a new target for curing type 2 diabetics.Some researches show the resistin is an important incretion related to fatness,insulin resistance and diabetes.This article reviewed the relationship of type 2 diabetes with resistin and insulin resistance. |
