| 摘 要： | 目的探讨食管腔内渗疗的机制及其临床意义。方法用5-131I尿嘧啶作为示踪剂，对26例食管癌患者进行了临床渗透治疗的研究。结果经渗疗器渗透的抗癌药物除部分被肿瘤组织吸收外，还进入体循环；肿瘤及癌旁淋巴结中的T／N、L／N比值高，循环中抗癌药物浓度低。结论食管腔内渗疗是部分中晚期食管癌患者有效的治疗方法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the mechanism and clinical significance of local diffusion-therapy for esophageal carcinoma. Methods 26 patients with carcinoma of esophagus were studied clinically by diffusiontherapy method with 5-131I-iodouracil(5-131IU)as tracer agent. ResultsThe anti-cancer drug permeating through incorporated into the tumor tissues, but enters systemic circulation; T/N and L/N levels in the tumor tissues and lymph nodes around the tumor were 2-3 times higher than in normai tissues and the concentration of anti-cancer drug was low in systemic circulation. ConclusionDiffusion-ther-apy is a valuable management for carcinoma of esophagus at intermediate and late stages. |
