摘 要: | 目的探讨2型糖尿病高尿酸血症合并大血管病变与血清脂联素之间的关系。方法对2型糖尿病高尿酸血症合并大血管病变50例(A组)、2型糖尿病合并大血管病变50例(B组)、高尿酸血症合并大血管病变40例(C组)和健康对照组30例(D组),分别检测血尿酸、空腹血糖、胰岛素、脂联素、血脂、体重指数及胰岛素抵抗指数,分析与大血管的病变的关系。结果 A、B、C三组脂联素显著低于D组,A组低于B、C二组;A、B、C三组HOMA-IR显著高于D组,A组高于B、C二组;A组的IMT高于B、C、D三组。相关分析显示:CIMT与脂联素呈负相关,与HOMA-IR、UA呈正相关,进入回归方程的因素有脂联素、HOMA-IR、UA和HDL-C。结论血清脂联素水平降低、胰岛素抵抗与高尿酸血症密切相关,共同参与促进了糖尿病大血管并发症的发生发展。

Abstract: | Objective To study the relationship between type 2 diabetes,hyperuricemia combined macrovascular disease and serum adiponectin(APN).Methods Hyperuricemia in type 2 diabetic macroangiopathy in 50 cases combined(A group),type 2 diabetes with macrovascular disease 50 cases(B group),high serum uric acid together with large vascular disease 40 cases(C group) and healthy control group 30 cases(D),Serum uric acid,fasting blood glucose,insulin,adiponectin,lipids,body mass index and insulin resistance index were respectively measured,compared to observe the large vessels lesions.Results A,B,C three groups of adiponectin were significantly lower than D group,A group was lower than B,C 2 group.A,B,C three groups of HOMA-IR were significantly higher than D group,A group was higher than B,C 2 group.A group of IMT is higher than B,C,D three groups.Correlation analysis showed that:CIMT with a negative correlation of adiponectin,with HOMA-IR,Ua positive correlation.factors into the regression equation of adiponectin,HOMA-IR,Ua and HDL-c.Conclusion Reduce the level of serum adiponectin,insulin resistance and hyperuricemia is closely related to the promotion of joint participation in the occurrence of diabetic vascular complications in the development of. |
