摘    要:目的:运用Meta分析研究XPD Asp312Asn位点多态性与头颈部鳞状细胞癌易感性的关联。方法:检索VIP,CNKI和PubMed数据库中有关XPD Asp312Asn位点多态性与头颈部鳞状细胞癌易感性关联研究的文献,以OR值和95%的可信区间为效应指标,应用STATA 11.0软件进行Meta分析,并对发表偏倚进行检测。结果:纳入9个病例对照研究,共计2 670例头颈部鳞状细胞癌患者和4 452例正常对照。Meta分析结果显示,总人群中XPDAsp312Asn多态性与头颈部鳞状细胞癌风险之间没有显著关联[Asn/Asn vs.Asp/Asp:OR=0.95,95%CI=0.80-1.13;Asp/Asn vs.Asp/Asp:OR=1.11,95%CI=0.99-1.24;(Asn/Asn+Asp/Asn)vs.Asp/Asp:OR=1.07,95%CI=0.97-1.19;Asn/Asn vs.(Asp/Asp+Asp/Asn):OR=0.87,95%CI=0.68-1.10]。在针对种族和对照人群来源设计的亚组分析中,仍未发现二者之间有显著的相关性。结论:XPD Asp312Asn位点多态性可能与头颈部鳞状细胞癌的发生无关。

Associations Between XPD Asp312Asn Polymorphism and Risk of Head and Neck Squamous Cell Carcinoma:A Meta-analysis
Abstract:Objective To investigate the association between XPD Asp312Asn polymorphism and head and neck squamous cell carcinoma(HNSCC) risk.Methods The relevant literatures were search in VIP,CNKI and PubMed database.The data of genotype distributions and other information were extracted in the groups of patients with HNSCC and healthy control,odds ratio(OR) with 95% confidence interval(CI) and publish bias were applied to assess the association between XPD Asp312Asn polymorphism and HNSCC risk with STATA 11.0 software.Results Totally 9 published case-control studies including 2 670 patients with HNSCC and 4 452 normal controls were selected.Overall,no significant association between XPD Asp312Asn polymorphism and HNSCC risk was found in this meta-analysis[Asn/Asn vs.Asp/Asp:OR=0.95,95%CI=0.80-1.13;Asp/Asn vs.Asp/Asp:OR=1.11,95%CI=0.99-1.24;(Asn/Asn+Asp/Asn) vs.Asp/Asp:OR=1.07,95%CI=0.97-1.19;Asn/Asn vs.(Asp/Asp+Asp/Asn):OR=0.87,95%CI=0.68-1.10].In the subgroup analysis ethnicity and study design,there was still no significant association detected in all genetic models.Conclusion This meta-analysis demonstrates that XPD Asp312Asn polymorphism may be not a risk factor for HNSCC developing.
