自拟肾炎方联合西药干预小儿急性肾炎32例临床观察

目的观察自拟肾炎方联合西药干预小儿急性肾炎的疗效并进行临床分析。方法将57例急性肾炎患儿随机分为对照组25例和治疗组32例，对照组采用常规西药对症支持治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用自拟肾炎方。结果治疗组32例患儿在血尿、血压及血沉的恢复方面优于对照组（P〈0．05或P〈0．01），两组有效率方面差异无统计意义，但治疗组的治愈率明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论运用辨证论治联合西药干预小儿急性肾炎在症状改善、缩短病程、治愈率方面具有明显优势。

Shenyan Decoction with Western medicine compacted children acute nephritis: an observation of 32 cases

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Shenyan Decoction with Western medicine compacted children acute nephritis. Methods 57 children with acute nephritis were divided into the control group（25 cases） and the treatment group（32 cases）. The control group was added Shenyan Decoction. Resuits The treatment group surpassed the control group in the recovery of hematuria, blood pressure and blood sedimentation （P 〈0.05 or P 〈0.01 ）. There was no significant difference in effective power between the two groups （P 〉 0.05 ）, but the cure rate of the treatment group had obvious advantage to the control group （P 0.05）. Conclusion Combinate TCM with Western medicine in treating children acute nephritis has obvious advantage in improving symptom, shortening course of disease and recovery rate.
