| 摘 要： | 本文从培养解决实际问题的能力，注重能力素质培养；严格要求，实行“高进优教严出”；坚持“三高”，重视“三基”，强调“三严”；实行导师制和交换学生制度；实行住院医师培养制度等方面，初步论述了吴阶平医学教育思想与协和医学精英教育传统。 |

| Abstract: | The origination and development of WU' s ideology of medical education are briefed through the introduction of Peking Union Medical College (PUMC) tradition since its foundation. The fun-damental elements of PUMC education are composed of high standard in student enrollment, education and training process supported by special mentor-supervision and the long-term clinical training including resi-dents training after graduation with MD degree as a package system, which facilitated capability develop-ment of the students with a solid base of science and technology as well as the special program of the students exchange and graduate medical education in hospital. |
