淄博市近10年住院死亡病人死亡相关因素分析

目的分析近10年淄博市住院死亡病人病死率、死亡原因的构成、引起死亡的疾病的顺序、死亡年龄等,加强对易患人群的预防,降低病死率,延长寿命.方法采用不等距分组法,以淄博市五区三县(即张店区,博山区,临淄区,周村区,淄川区,桓台县,高青县,沂源县)二级以上医院及山东铝厂医院、齐鲁石化中心医院、淄博矿务局中心医院病案室近10年保存完整的10695份死亡病历为研究对象,对住院病人病死率、死亡原因构成及引起死亡疾病的顺序、年龄、不同年份进行比较.检查内容:对被录用的每一份死亡病历,逐一校对填表,包括死亡原因、死亡年龄、死亡日期,采用国际疾病分类ICD-10编码,以个案形式输入计算机进行资料处理.结果近10年间共收治住院病人732036例,病死率为1.46%,死亡原因构成前10位的疾病分别是:恶性肿瘤,脑血管疾病,意外损伤,心血管疾病,呼吸系统疾病,消化系统疾病,泌尿系统疾病,内分泌代谢系统疾病,新生儿,围生期疾病.结论恶性肿瘤占首位,意外损伤引起死亡呈上升趋势.

Analysis of Relevant Factors of Inpatient Death in the Past 10 Years of Zibo City

Objective To analyze inpa tient mortality, death causes composition, causes sequence, death age, etc. of Zibo city in the past 10 years. To strengthen the prevention of susceptible popul ation, reduce the mortality rate, lengthen the life-span. Metho ds 10695 cases of inpatient death were studied using non-equal app earing interval scale, all cases came from medium hospitals in 5 districts and 3 counties of Zibo separately, other hospitals such as Shandong aluminum Hospital , Qilu petrochemical central hospital and Zibo mining central hospital were invo lved, too. The data of mortality, death causes composition, causes sequence, dea thage and death date were checked, compared and filled in the form. Then, all d ata were inputted into computer and dealt on the basis of ICD-10. Results 732036 cases of inpatients in the past 10 years weres tudied, mortality is 1.46%, the top 10 diseases that caused inpatient death were : malignant tumor, accidental injury, cerebrovascular disease, cardiovascular disease, respiratory system disease, digestive system disease, urinary system dise ase, endocrine and metabolism system disease, neonate and perinatal disease. Conclusion The malignant tumor took the first place, and mortality caused by accidental injury showed a tendency of increase.
