| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肌钙蛋白T(TNT)试纸条在预测充血性心力衰竭(CHF)预后的价值。方法将CHF患者64例，按心功能分级分为轻、重度心功能不全组各34例，30例，用试纸条检测TNT，阳性判断临界值为0.1μg/L。结果轻、重度心功能不全组TNT阳性数各为0例，8例，有显著差异(P＜0.05)；TNT阳性死亡率50%较阴性死亡率3.57%高(P＜0.05)；TNT阳性住院日数(36.36±14.64)d较阴性住院数(23.82±11.29)d长(P＜0.05)；TNT阳性预测患者死亡率特异性为93.01%，敏感性为66.67%。结论用试纸条测试TNT对CHF预后具有一定的预测价值。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the troponine T(TNT) test paper in the value of predicting the prognosis of congestive heart failure (CHF).Methods:64 patients with CHF(34 patients with light CHF,30 patients with severe CHF) were detected TNT by TNT Paper.The positive cut-of was 0.1ug/L.Results:The positive cases were 0 and 8 in light and severe CHF group respectively,having significant difference.The mortality and in hospital days were 50% and 36.36 14.64 in TNT positive cases,3.75% and 23.82 11.29 in TNT negative cases.Both mortality and in hospital days have significant ifference in TNT positive and negative cases.Used TNT positive to predict the specific and sensitivity of mortal rate were 93.10% and 66.67% respectively.Conclusions:Used the troponine T test paper to detect TNT has predictive value on the prognosis of CHF. |
