| 摘 要： | 目的通过对比方式,研究社会心理对成人与青少年错(牙合)正畸治疗的影响.方法选自已结束正畸治疗或接近完成治疗的80例年龄18～38岁和80例年龄7～15岁的正畸患者,做问卷调查.结果青少年患者正畸治疗需求及合作态度多受外界及父母的影响.成年正畸患者自主性强,合作积极,受外界影响较小.结论社会心理因素对成人与青少年正畸治疗有诸多影响.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the influence of socio - psycho factors on orthodontic treatment of adolescents and adults. Methods 80 adults (aged 18-38 years old) and 80 adolescents (aged 7-15 years old) who had finished or were about to finish their orthodontic treatment were selected. And they were asked about their opinions of orthodontic treatment in separate questionnaires. Results For adolescents, the need and the cooperation behavior of Orthodntie treatment were significantly influenced by their families and social factors. For adults, Their self-consciousness was less influenced by social factors. Conclusion Social and psychological factors affect the orthodontic treatment in adults and adolescent. |
