摘    要:目的探讨将人骨髓间充质干细胞(HBMCs)诱导为内皮细胞(ECs)的可行性。方法将HBMCs分离、培养后,加入诱导因子定向诱导为ECs,并对细胞进行鉴定。结果经鉴定,HBMCs在特定环境下分化为了ECs。结论以HBMCs诱导的ECs作为种子细胞,具有可行性。

Abstract:Objective To investigate whether the method on incubating human bone mesenchymal stem cells(HBMCs) into ECs is feasible.Methods HBMCs were separated from human bone marrow and cultured.Then they were incubated into ECs in a special condition.The cultured cells were identified by morphological traits,the immunohistochemical method and surface markers.Results It was proved that the HBMCs was incubated into ECs in a special condition.Conclusion The ECs derived from HBMCs can be the ideal seeding cells to fabricate tissue-engineering homologous valved conduits.
