老年人上消化道出血分析

目的：探讨老年患者上消化道出血的特点及治疗措施。方法：回顾分析72例老年患者上消化道出血的临床表现。结果：老年患者上消化道出血以消化性溃疡多见，胃癌发病率增高，死亡率高。结论：老年患者上消化道出血有其特殊性．治愈率低，死亡率高。因此，及早诊断，重视对原发病及伴随病的处理，能明显降低死亡率。

So, diagnose early, pay attention to the treatment of original and companion illness, can obviously turn down the death rate.
