196株念珠菌的分离和耐药性分析

摘    要:目的 了解我院念珠菌感染和耐药情况。方法 对临床标本分离的念珠菌 ,用VITEK32鉴定仪鉴定 ,对分离株进行 10种常用抗真菌药物体外敏感性检测。结果  196株念珠菌以白色念珠菌的检出率居首位。 196株念珠菌对 10种抗真菌药物出现不同程度的耐药。结论 广谱抗生素、免疫抑制剂和抗肿瘤药物的广泛应用 ,增加了真菌的感染机会 ,应加强真菌的耐药性监测 ,以指导临床合理使用抗生素。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the canidida spp infection and their resistant to antifungal agents in our hospital recetly.Methods The 196 fungi isolated from the specimens were identified by VITEK32,then their drug-sensitivity test to antifungal agents were carried out in vitro.Results Among 196 strain canidida,the iaolation rate of culbicans was the highest,196 strian canidida spp produced a vary degree resistance to 10 kinds of antifungal medicines.Conclusion Because of extensive application of broad antibiotic,immunity inhibitor and anti-tumour drugs,the chance of fungus infection increases markedly.We should strengthen the mornitor of fungus drug-resistance in order to guide clinilal reasonable selection of antibiotics.
