196株念珠菌的分离和耐药性分析

目的　了解我院念珠菌感染和耐药情况。方法　对临床标本分离的念珠菌 ,用VITEK32鉴定仪鉴定 ,对分离株进行 10种常用抗真菌药物体外敏感性检测。结果　 196株念珠菌以白色念珠菌的检出率居首位。 196株念珠菌对 10种抗真菌药物出现不同程度的耐药。结论　广谱抗生素、免疫抑制剂和抗肿瘤药物的广泛应用 ,增加了真菌的感染机会 ,应加强真菌的耐药性监测 ,以指导临床合理使用抗生素。

Isolation and drug-resistant analysis of 196 strain canidida

Objective To investigate the canidida spp infection and their resistant to antifungal agents in our hospital recetly.Methods The 196 fungi isolated from the specimens were identified by VITEK32,then their drug-sensitivity test to antifungal agents were carried out in vitro.Results Among 196 strain canidida,the iaolation rate of culbicans was the highest,196 strian canidida spp produced a vary degree resistance to 10 kinds of antifungal medicines.Conclusion Because of extensive application of broad antibiotic,immunity inhibitor and anti-tumour drugs,the chance of fungus infection increases markedly.We should strengthen the mornitor of fungus drug-resistance in order to guide clinilal reasonable selection of antibiotics.
