| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨培养神经内科临床药师的方法。方法:结合神经内科重症专业的特点,总结培养神经内科重症监护专业临床药师的经验。结果:好的、系统的学习方法,有利于临床药师顺利进入临床,尽快成为治疗团队中的一员。结论:临床医师以专业特色参与到临床药师的培训中,对临床药师在短期内完成工作模式的转型具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE： To discuss the training method for clinical pharmacists working in Neurology Intensive Care Unit. METHODS： The characteristics of the specialty of neurology were analyzed and out experiences in training clinical pharmacists were summarized. RESULTS： With a good and systematic learning method, clinical pharmacists can adapt to clinical work and become one of the members in the treatment corps as soon as possible. CONCLUSION： With a specialty characteristic, clinicians＇ participating in the training of clinical pharmacists is of great important for the quick transformation of pharmacists＇ working model. |
