老年患者经皮内镜下胃空肠造瘘管道的护理

目的探讨老年患者经皮内镜下胃空肠造瘘(PEGJ)管道的护理。方法回顾15例80~89岁老年患者胃空肠造瘘管道的护理方法,并在导管固定、导管保持通畅及并发症处理等方面进行总结。结果15例PEGJ患者中,只有1例患者发生管道脱出;无严重并发症发生;患者营养状况均明显改善。结论经皮内镜下胃空肠造瘘安全、微创、简便,患者易接受,特别适用于老年人,可改善营养状况,能提高患者的生存质量。

The canal nursing of percutaneous endoscopic gastrojejunostomy in old patient

Objective To explore the experience with percutaneous endoscopic gastrojejunostomy (PEGJ) with focus on the canal nursing. Methods The nursing methods for 15 patients ageing 80~89 years old who were performed with PEGJ were reviewed. And the immobilization of canal, regularizing and keeping unobstructed of the canal, and the treatment of complications were summarized. Results There was 1 patient who happened separation of the canal in the 15 patients. There was no mortality complications associated with the procedure. The nutritional status of the patients was obviously improved. Conclusions The procedure of PEGJ is relatively safe, be with tiny wound, simple and easy to be accepted by the old patients. The nutritional status and the life quality are improved.
