| 摘 要： | 为探讨急性时相蛋白（APP）与肾综合征出血热（HFRS）病情及预后的关系，采用Beckman Array360特殊蛋白分析仪检测了253例HFRS患者（观察组）及30例正常人（对照组）空腹静脉血清APP[包括α1－抗胰蛋白酶（α1－AT）、α1－酸性糖蛋白（α1－ACG），触珠蛋白（HAP）、C反应蛋白（CRP）及转铁蛋白（Transferrin,TFR]含量。结果：观察组急性期α1－AT、α1－AG、CRP含量明显升高，与对照组比较，P＜0．05，TRF含量明显下降，与对照组比较，P＜0．001。CRP及TRF的变化与病情轻重分别呈正负相关，认为急性时相蛋白含量变化可作为HFRS估计病情，判断预后和指导治疗的可靠指标。

| Abstract: | To investigate the relation of acute-phase protein（APP） with haemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome（HFRS）．Adopt the special protein analysor of Beckman array 360 inspect the contents of serum APP from 253 cases with HFRS（observes group） and normal controls［including α1-AT，α1-AG，haploglobin（HAP），CRP and TRF］．The contents of α1-AT，α1-AG and CRP WERE Obviously increased but TRF decreased in acute phase．The result showed that the serum CRP level was directly correlated and TRF was inversely correlated to the patient′s condition． |
