| 摘 要： | 目的:本研究旨在探讨手法治疗网球肘的临床疗效。方法:本研究将76例符合纳入标准的患者随机分为两组,治疗组予手法治疗,对照组予以电脑中频治疗。运用患者自评量表VAS(visual analog scale)评分Mayo12点评分(Mayo Clinic Elbow Performance Index)(表1)在疗程0d、2d时进行评估,对比所获得分值进行比较,对比临床效果。临床疗效分析运用尼莫地平法分为临床痊愈、显效、有效、无效四级。结果:研究结果表明两组治疗措施均有疗效,治疗组2d后总用效率为86.85%,对照组总用效率为78.95%,治疗组、对照组在2d评分均分别与治疗前比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组与对照组在2d评分比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:本研究结果表明,手法治疗网球肘有止痛、改善关节功能的作用。
