穴位注射A型肉毒素治疗腰三横突综合征疗效观察

目的：观察注射A型肉毒素（botulinum toxin typeA，BTX—A）治疗第三腰椎横突综合征的临床疗效。方法：选择60例第三腰椎横突综合征患者，随机分成两组。治疗组30例，用穴位注射A型肉毒素；对照组30例，用传统针刺治疗。随访2个月，比较两组疗效。结果：治疗组痊愈率、显效率、起效时间优于对照组，两组疗效差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：穴位注射A型肉毒素治疗第三腰椎横突综合征的临床疗效优于单纯针刺治疗。

Effect of Acupoint Injection with Botulinum Toxin A in treating No. 3 Vertebral Transverse Process Syndrome

Objective： To investigate the curative effect of acupoint injection with botulinum toxin A （BTX-A） in the treatment of the third lumbar transverse process syndrome. Methods：Sixty cases were randomly divided into two groups： 30 as treatment group were given acupoint injection of BTX-A and 30 as control group were treated with traditional acupuncture. A follow-up visit for 2 months was made to evaluate the curative effect between the two groups. Results：The cure rate, markedly effective rate and onset time in treatment group were superior to those in control group and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Acupoint injection of BTX--A has a better curative effect on No. 3 vertebral transverse process syndrome compared with traditional acupuncture.
